Refund Policy

Shayne Allan Golf – Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Shayne Allan Golf, we strive to deliver exceptional value through professional coaching, memberships, nutrition services, and golf simulator installations. Because our services are personalized and often involve significant preparation, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Coaching Sessions and Training Packages

  • Single Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

  • Package Purchases: Multi-session or monthly packages are non-refundable once training has begun. Sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period if proper notice is given.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Monthly Memberships: Members may cancel their membership at any time with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Digital Products and Online Programs

All sales of digital content, online programs, or virtual training materials are final due to the immediate access provided upon purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once access is granted.

5. Golf Simulator Installations

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your installation date and begin the planning process.

  • Custom Orders: Because each simulator installation is custom-designed and tailored to the client’s space and preferences, all simulator equipment orders are final once placed.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made before materials are ordered may be eligible for a partial refund, less design and administrative fees.

  • Installation Delays: If delays occur due to factors outside of Shayne Allan Golf’s control (e.g., shipping, site readiness, third-party contractors), refunds will not be issued; however, installation will be rescheduled at the earliest available date.

  • Warranty and Defects: Equipment warranties are honored per the manufacturer’s terms. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days following completion.

6. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of verified medical conditions, relocation, or other exceptional circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing to shayne@shayneallangolf.com with relevant documentation.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
